The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist in managing, executing and measuring digital marketing campaigns for Qumu, as well as co-executed campaigns with channel partners—including but not limited to direct email, pay-per-click, digital ad placements, digital newsletter sponsorships, organic search and virtual events. This position will also require close coordination with the Qumu Media Coordinator to monitor and report on social media activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Marketing team to create and execute digital campaigns 
  • Prepare, send and track success of email campaigns to customers, prospects, partners and other stakeholders 
  • Manage, monitor and optimize external digital placements 
  • Develop key metrics for campaign performance 
  • Analyze campaign data to draw key recommendations around success criteria 
  • Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for management

Skills/Experience:

3+ years of experience with all of the following:

  • Direct Email 
  • Digital Ad Placement 
  • Paid and Organic Search 
  • Paid Social Media 
  • Digital Campaign Measurement and Reporting 
  • Use of a CRM (preferably Salesforce) 
  • Use of Marketing Automation technology 
  • Basic Website Editing (preferably with WordPress)

As well as the following:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business 
  • The ability to manage aggressive timelines 
  • The ability to manage multiple projects at the same time 
  • A high attention to detail 
  • A broad understanding of paid social media 
  • The ability to work independently, yet function successfully in an Agile, high-performing team
