We are seeking a talented, dynamic digital leader to support and grow the agency’s in-demand digital team and offering. As such, this role requires a proven leader with a highly entrepreneurial spirit who drives digital-first strategy and data-first decisions, leading the agency on ways to track and measure holistic and impactful digital marketing, media, and experiences for our current and future clients. This person will present well in client meetings and new business pitches, bringing detailed, credible, and proven strategies and results to the table.


  • Under the direction of the VP, Strategy, support cross-departmental leadership and account teams by conducting research and analyzing data to generate strategic digital plans and insights, staying plugged into the latest and greatest in digital trends and tech 
  • Manage client relationships by fostering trusted relationships on a regular basis and deliver great business outcomes 
  • Concept and build a number of varied digital programs, including e-commerce strategies, PPC campaigns, SEO strategies, social program and email marketing/inbound programs, from client discovery through optimization and reporting. 
  • Know how to turn clicks into sales and be able to break down all that data into results to show how successful each unit was. 
  • Provide client introductions to digital media opportunities and guidance in the media buying space 
  • Work cross collaboratively across departments partnering with leaders and account teams, as the digital leader, sharing knowledge base across the agency 
  • Participate in and lead client presentations and new business pitches as the digital marketing expert, speaking with a high level of digital knowledge and experience; communicating how plans will translate into meeting or exceeding the desired business outcomes 
  • Manage and grow the digital department through organic and new client growth 
  • Manage the digital planning and buying process with our media partners 
  • Own the digital, planning and buying processes with media partners, including reviewing performance dashboards, data processes, KPIs, speaking to results, and making data driven recommendations. Vet and make recommendations for new vendors 
  • Keep pulse on digital landscape, recommending new ideas, growth opportunities and strategies to internal teams, media partners and clients
  • 6-7 years of digital marketing and agency experience 
  • A strong knowledge base of ecommerce tactics with proven results, turning clicks into sales and translating the data into results 
  • Knowledge of PPC 
  • Knowledge of website building and strategy 
  • SEO and Pay-for-clicks (nice to have, but not mandatory)
