The qualities we're looking for in the Digital Marketing Growth Manager at Ocreative:

  • You take ownership. Our new Digital Marketing Growth Manager will take ownership of client projects to amplify the role of paid search, SEO, and other digital marketing initiatives within the greater narrative of each of our client’s marketing strategies. Together, we will identify best practices in digital marketing that you will then implement using your own expertise and marketing skills.

Serving as lead strategist and counsel on digital marketing for search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO), you’ll collaborate with both Ocreative and client teams to bring impactful campaigns and initiatives to life.

  • You understand your role. You’ll be defining a digital strategy with the input and collaboration of our team while owning elements of both the planning and execution process. You’ll monitor market trends, analyze client and competitor data, create search campaigns that drive website traffic and conversions, and collaborate with our team to develop creative assets and optimize websites for maximum visibility in search engine results and drive conversions. You’ll also create and analyze campaign data, create detailed reports, identify trends and insights, and make recommendations on improvements.

  • You understand the tech. We’d like you to have a strong understanding of current web technologies and digital marketing platforms and be so comfortable and confident that if asked, you would enthusiastically share your expertise while leading a client meeting or joining a prospective client call.

  • You hold yourself accountable and look for solutions. You’ll manage and leverage ad and analytics platforms to oversee bid/budget pacing and execute ad optimizations. You’ll analyze and translate data-based findings into clear, relevant, and actionable insights, create reports with post-campaign analysis, communicate optimization recommendations and strategies, and explore and implement new ways to make campaigns more effective.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field 
  • Google Digital Marketing Certification(not required, but a major plus) 
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing at an agency 
  • Strong communication, collaboration, active listening, and problem-solving skills 
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads Manager 
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM practices, current web technologies, and digital marketing platforms
  • Experience managing campaign/project budgets 
  • Experience with pixels/custom goal configurations in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 
  • Basic understanding of HTML/WordPress 
  • Understanding the importance of accountability to our client and team 
  • Experience overseeing digital marketing efforts 
  • Experience managing search, mobile, display, and programmatic advertising 
  • Technology software skills in the Microsoft Office 365 suite and Adobe Acrobat
