Digital Marketing Growth Specialist
Northeast Wisconsin
Green Bay, WI; Minneapolis, MN; or Remote, WI

This is a new and highly analytical role where you can influence the evolution of our growth marketing strategy and help people live healthy lives. The Digital Growth Specialist works in all phases of concept/build/grow/optimize for a variety of digital marketing projects, and cross-functionally with engineering, product, science, content, and brand. This role will report to the Digital Growth Manager and assist with executing marketing strategy to drive metric-driven growth.

We welcome this position at our Green Bay, WI or Minneapolis, MN office, as well as remote locations. 

You will have the opportunity to grow and define the duties of this position and we look forward to working with you on:

  • Perform analyses leveraging analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), adding insights to the sales funnel and growth model.
  • Create dashboards to track metrics and to be communicated internally and externally to ensure product/marketing growth. Build, execute, and provide oversight of growth marketing campaigns, GTM (Google Tag Manager), Google Analytics setup (such as event tracking), and more.
  • Capture results and conduct metrics and ROI analysis to assess success and inform product and marketing development.
  • Develop A/B & Multivariate tests to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee paid marketing campaigns (Google AdWords) to quickly uncover insights and provide recommendations for optimizations, including but not limited to keyword, content, and landing page recommendations.
  • Oversee UTM tagging best practices and implementation by cross-functional team.
  • Assist in SEO strategy execution including backlinking and referral strategy development.
  • Execute a variety of growth-based tactics including portfolio, promotion, and review-based strategies.
  • Analyze acquisition, engagement, and retention processes to drive product and marketing changes. Build a growth backlog of experiments to drive quick wins and efficient ROI.
  • Showcase your strategic thinking skillset and breakdown and organize problems, assess opportunity areas, and develop big ideas and priorities to move the business forward.

  • You have managed end-to-end campaigns in Google platforms like AdWords and Analytics.
  • You are comfortable and have examples of insights and recommendations you have brought to marketing campaigns using data-driven information.
  • You are comfortable creating dashboards to show data visually.
  • You have made personal contributions/recommendations/insights to a project that impacted an increase in KPIs (key performance indicators.)
  • BA/BS degree
  • 3-5 Years Experience in Digital Marketing and/or Analytics.
  • Proven track record of driving towards growth goals under set targets, timelines, and budgets.
  • Strong understanding of data literacy.
  • Extremely strong written/verbal communication skills,problem-solving, and project management skills, and a knack for forming trust-based relationships.
  • Understanding of various digital marketing channels - paid acquisition, social media, SEO, email, etc. Knowledge of Google Suite (primarily Analytics and AdWords), heat mapping, and other analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI and/or similar data visualization.
  • Experience turning data into actionable insights through product and marketing.
  • Comfortable with working in backend of websites (through CMS/content management system.)
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and Sitecore a plus.
