Digital Marketing Intern (SEO)

Green Line Digital is seeking a college student or recent graduate who wants hands-on experience in search engine optimization at a growing digital agency. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, highly analytical, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for digital marketing. Responsibilities include:

• Perform content updates for client websites including ongoing maintenance, new page development, and blog posts.
• Design of high-converting landing pages
• Update local listings and publish Google Posts
• Assist with technical website audits and user experience reviews
• Assist with organic social strategy and off-site optimizations
• Learn and complete keyword research projects and on-page optimizations
• Participate in brainstorming new ideas with the team
• Execute work for other teams as needed

• Pursuing degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent area of focus preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Blend of creative and analytical skills
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn Google Analytics, Google My Business, and Search Console
• Willingness to learn new techniques, skills, and SEO best practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently with a self-starter approach

This is a paid internship with the opportunity for college credit. Green Line Digital will provide evaluations and/or documentation for class credit(s) if applicable. This is a remote role with flexible hours.
