Position Details

Digital Marketing Intern
Southeast Wisconsin
Menomonee Falls, WI

The Intern, Digital Marketing will gain experience developing and executing omnichannel digital marketing initiatives and in mining, analyzing, and presenting key data in useful format for all stakeholders within the Columbus McKinnon Crane Solutions Group. This position will gain experience in paid and organic marketing tactics, marketing automation, SEO tools, social media, video production, website content management and PIM (product information management). The intern will also be exposed to event marketing, promotional item programs, and product documentation processes.

1. Execute digital marketing strategies that optimize audience acquisition and engagement metrics across related markets

2. Assist with multi-platform digital marketing campaigns, executing the company’s online marketing, mobile, and social media strategy for all brands

3. Promoting all CSG products and events via all related social media channels and through email marketing campaigns

4. Drive search results strategy using organic and paid search. Conduct keyword analysis and research. Convert search engine and web visits to qualified leads.

5. Support implementation of on-line product configuration, quotation, and order management tools (Compass and all future variations)

6. Data entry and resource loading including content creation and structuring in Product Information Management (PIM) System, data cleansing in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and content maintenance in Content Management System (CMS) as needed

7. Other duties as assigned

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines preferred
