BASIC FUNCTION:

Under the direction of and reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Intern will collaborate with our marketing, sales, and product development teams in each stage of marketing campaigns. Your work will include developing, growing, and expanding our digital marketing capabilities through content creation, online promotion, social media outreach, and program management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the marketing team 
  • Content creation, graphic design, photography, videography, and copywriting for marketing campaigns and programs 
  • Assist with sales samples, email campaigns, web site updates, blogs, and social media content 
  • Monitor social channels and respond to feedback, questions, and concerns 
  • Compile information and analysis of customer data to prepare ABM targets for distribution to appropriate managers 
  • Research and analyze industry data and competitor marketing material and digital content 
  • Create and maintain tracking reports of digital and traditional marketing efforts 
  • Organize and consolidate marketing assets (i.e. photos, videos, brochures, samples, etc.) 
  • Assist with trade show planning 
  • Provide administrative support to management when required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, marketing automation software, Google Analytics, and CRM software (i.e. Salesforce) 
  • Graphic design, photography, and videography production and editing skills 
  • Working knowledge of HTML 
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while working independently, or as part of a team 
  • Knowledge of B2B online marketing and social media best practices and platforms 
  • Ability to work up to 40 hours per week 
  • Willingness to learn on the job and share experiences with other members of the team

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (Or pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field)

Hours: 40 hours/week - Mon- Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm

Salary/Wages: $17.00 Per Hour
