Tony Lynn, owner of Advanced Auto Clinic in Delavan, WI continues to strive for success. He is currently looking for a creative, results-oriented Marketing Intern to join the team! If you are passionate about brand communication and marketing and are eager to be a meaningful part of a company’s growth and success, this could be the perfect role for you. 

Our Marketing Intern would work with our marketing department to find ways to market Advanced Auto Clinic and their offerings. Your job would be to use your knowledge of Digital Marketing & SEO tactics to generate leads and gain exposure. You would work with our marketing team on creating certain forms of content like blog posts or infographics to aid the production and monitoring of marketing campaign materials and monthly marketing promotions. You would assist in organizing social media campaigns, email blasts and sms blasts to help make AAC's brand heard in a competitive industry across all networks and media. Perform A/B testing and pulling insight performance reports. You would be responsible for collaborating with our marketing and sales team to develop successful social media campaigns. Duties may include communicating with freelance Content Creators, overseeing social media and paid advertising and schedules, and pulling data to determine marketing campaigns’ success.

AAC is in search of a competitive Marketing Intern with certain skills and qualifications, that could include (but are not required):

  • Excellent analytical skills 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Attention to detail for precise analysis of data 
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment 
  • Ability to work with teams and collaborate 
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills 
  • Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks 
  • Proficient in the following is a plus: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, content management software and customer relationship management, knowledge of HTML and CSS/WordPress.
  • A good understanding of setup and management of top social media networks
  • Automotive experience is a plus but not a requirement.

Hourly Pay Starting at $10-$12/HR (Compensation depends on experience of candidate) and or may receive college credit for completing internship based on school policy as well as the criteria of that student’s major.
