The Digital Marketing Lead role is to strategize, implement, optimize, and monitor PPC campaigns to exceed the brand goals. The ideal team member will have experience running and optimizing as well as a passion and drive to analyze data and develop solutions to improve campaign results. You must be hands-on, detail-oriented and data-driven.

The primary responsibility of this role is to execute SEM strategies for our website. This includes the planning, creating, optimizing, and analyzing paid media campaigns across all channels. The paid media specialist will also be responsible for writing text ads & shopping ads, planning display advertising, and remarketing efforts. This position should be looking for new opportunities to advertise and exponentially grow the business. This requires independent thinking, ability to manage their day to day responsibilities without direction, and initiative.


  • Create and optimize effective paid advertising campaigns across a variety of channels such as Google, Bing, Amazon, Social Media platforms and other ad networks 
  • Manage ad campaigns to key business KPIs 
  • Add and update your tags for conversion tracking, site analytics, remarketing, and more 
  • Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates 
  • Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI and reach goals 
  • Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues 
  • Plan, manage, analyze A/B testing for Digital Marketing campaigns 
  • Maintain and update product data feeds and shops 
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns and SEO projects 
  • Share keyword selections and audience targeting 
  • Seek out and initiate new opportunities to grow advertising ie: new ad channels, new ad types, new partners, etc. 
  • Stay up to date with PPC best practices, keyword research tools, and industry research 
  • Manages their own daily priorities and responsibilities to meet deadlines, company priorities and perform duties independently throughout the day


  • Special projects as assigned, may include coordinating kiosks, public relations, and other tasks as needed

Work History Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google, Bing, Amazon and Facebook

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Computer equipment and level of software requirements:

  • Marketing technology experience: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Experience with ad automation tools such as Kenshoo
  • Microsoft Office Suite – especially strong Excel
  • HTML – beginner

Specific Knowledge, licenses, certifications REQUIRED:

  • Google Ads Certification preferred
