reStitch.com is the next business venture of Goodwill NCW where we will sell donated, brand-name women's apparel in an online environment.

Our Digital Marketing Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating our e-commerce and digital engagement strategies by using their expertise in email marketing, search engine optimization, and deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related digital platforms. The person in this role must be able to demonstrate expertise and innovation in their past work, have strong collaboration skills, and knowledge/understanding of traditional marketing techniques (and how digital marketing stands apart).

Position Responsibilities:

1.  The Digital Marketing Leader will be focused on the growth of our e-commerce businesses, not only creating a strong start for them, but by also developing paths for other Goodwill organizations to partner with our efforts.

2.  The Digital Marketing Leader will also work to help our customer loyalty email program, Good Points, by development of email and (eventually) text-based communication.

3.  The Digital Marketing Leader will collaborate with our Engagement Team and Retail Team, and will be accomplished largely via mastery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly Salesforce).

4.  The Digital Marketing Leader will work with our People Team and Development Team to develop and execute strategies for recruitment of talent and fund-raising, respectively.

What I must bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications required.
  • 3-5 years in marketing function or related. 
  • Working knowledge of website analytics and website conversion metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL). 
  • Hands-on experience with key digital media disciplines/tools, such as brand website development, social media marketing/community management, display banner advertising, SEM, SEO, user-generated content, and email marketing. 
  • Experience with HTML/CSS, web programming, Content Management Systems (WordPress, Magento), Photoshop or similar. 
  • Experience with email automation systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target) or similar. 
  • E-commerce and Email marketing experience. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Must have strong time and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. 
  • Must be highly organized, with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Must be able to work effectively across functional groups. 
  • Must have strong analytical skills to effectively assess and communicate metrics and impact of digital initiatives. 
  • Must have a passion for digital media and devices, considers him/herself an 'early adopter' of digital trends. 
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM platforms and programs is desired.

Starting Salary: $60,000
