As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with creative, copywriters, and product marketing to manage onsite content for communityfirstcu.org and additional third-party websites to support campaigns, events, promotions, and new product launches 
  • Wireframe and build content focusing on a mobile-first approach 
  • Maintain architecture, quality assurance, and accessibility standards 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with website technical partners alongside the marketing technology and communications team 
  • Collaborate across digital, communications, product marketing, and internal/external advertising teams to monitor, analyze, and optimize member and prospective member’s digital journey through performance monitoring reports and KPIs. 
  • Develop KPI framework and digital analytics tagging recommendations to support the collection of the data needed for KPI reporting 
  • Tell a comprehensive story of how users behave while interacting with digital initiatives
  • Measure digital KPIs for both paid and owned platforms 
  • Translate complex campaigns and digital landscape metrics for review and develop clear recommendations 
  • Report on campaign performance across multiple channels and web properties 
  • Identify and interpret meaningful success metrics to deliver data-driven recommendations
  • Maintain and continuously improve digital campaign guidelines and processes to improve results 
  • Plan, implement, and manage our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy, including web marketing, analytics, content strategy planning, link building, and keyword strategy 
  • Gather traffic data to implement content and SEO recommendations to optimize and identify new opportunities based on analysis and site usage 
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content direction on page and on site 
  • Review technical SEO issues and recommend/implement remediation fixes 
  • Perform SEO and content audits.

A successful candidate will have a combination of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, business, or a related field strongly preferred 
  • 3-5 years of corporate or agency digital marketing work 
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript 
  • Proficiency within CMS/DXP systems such as Kentico, Sitecore, or Sitefinity 
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills, with technical documentation experience a plus 
  • Expert-level proficiency in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics/G4, Google Tag Manager, and Siteimprove 
  • Proven success in developing and managing SEO strategies and digital marketing plans in support of business objectives 
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Moz, Screaming Frog, or Uber suggest Currency of SEO, analytics, social, and digital marketing trends 
  • Experience with software testing theories and practices, user acceptance testing and accessibility 
  • Systems thinking mindset with technical landscape knowledge in SEO, analytics, and third-party integrations preferred
