Saturn Lounge, a newly acquired division of Kalmbach Media Co., is a full-service creative marketing agency looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team. This position oversees ongoing client accounts across a number of industries and marketing channels and has a large focus on paid digital marketing campaigns.

If you are a passionate marketer who can work cross functionally with creative and client services teams to drive success for clients and you have experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and creating results for your customers, this might be the job you’re looking for!

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day processes and execution of paid digital marketing campaigns on Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn and other channels as necessary; provide exceptional client service to internal and external partners. 
  • Daily account and budget monitoring for existing accounts in all paid channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads). 
  • Use analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Reporting Ninja to provide campaign analysis and strategic campaign optimization recommendations for clients. 
  • Be the internal subject matter expert for display and programmatic ad management; establish best practices/policies for all aspects of campaign execution; identify workflow improvement opportunities. 
  • Interface with channel reps with Google, Meta, and other paid campaign channels to optimize performance 
  • Provide SEO support from a keyword research, meta data optimization, and technical aspect. If you have base knowledge – we are willing to train in this area! 
  • Use your newly gained knowledge of your client’s business to work with our creative teams and drive recommendations for content, organic social media, and e-mail marketing opportunities.

Education & Experience:

  • BA/BS degree, preferably in Marketing and/or Communications 
  • 2+ years’ experience in paid digital campaign management, agency experience is a plus 
  • Proven success in managing paid digital ad campaigns, programmatic, campaign planning, execution, trafficking, optimization and reporting. 
  • Strong ad technology and platform understanding and insights, including ad tech, Google Ad Manager, Ad Exchanges/Networks, Programmatic, etc. 
  • Google Analytics and other digital marketing and media analytics reporting expertise.
