Digital Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate for a Digital Marketing Manager would be able to do the following:

  • Assist in the development and execution of the global marketing strategic plan and annual department metrics that support profitable sales growth. 
  • Develop and execute a digital strategy and budget across channels (SEO, PPC, display ads, paid social, email marketing, etc). 
  • Acquisition strategy aligned with overall business targets. 
  • Deliver extraordinary campaigns by partnering with content creators and creative superstars. conversion rates and retain and grow our customer base. 
  • Manage global Alto-Shaam web site. 
  • Responsible for content management system (CMS). 
  • Identify customer pain points and opportunity areas, while leveraging Google Analytics to optimize the customer experience. 
  • Lead ongoing web site enhancements. 
  • Monitor competitive and industry-leading websites. 
  • Manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. 
  • Responsible for user administration, reporting and training. 
  • Responsible for Event Manager App development, training, and CRM integration. 
  • Research and implement new digital platforms to help streamline processes. 
  • Manage survey software tool (Qualtrics). Create surveys and provide reports as requested.

For a candidate to be successful as a Digital Marketing Manager, they must have:

  • 4-year college degree in Marketing or related field. 
  • Passionate about digital marketing and ability to work at the strategic and operational level. 
  • Minimum 7 years of digital performance marketing with a focus on customer acquisition and improving the customer experience. 
  • Experience managing content and production for websites and email marketing. 
  • Web analytics (Google analytics or other), CMS and marketing automation experience is a must. E-commerce experience is a plus.
  •  Experience working with designers and providing creative input on marketing campaigns and materials.
