Digital Marketing Manager
Southeast Wisconsin
New Berlin, WI

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day performance and long-term growth and planning of the E-commerce platform. This includes E-commerce orders & sales,website content & messaging, site performance, user experience, digital advertising and search engine optimization.

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.


  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to company websites 
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns 
  • Monitor website operations to ensure sites are functioning correctly 
  • Drive traffic and sales through analysis
    - Conduct keyword research to identify and prioritize opportunities
    - Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to report results
    - Perform SEO backlink development 
  • Drive sales through promotion campaigns
    - Develop E-commerce marketing calendar
    - Adjust product offerings and pricing to market conditions to optimize sales
    - Enhance affiliate marketing efforts 
  • Identify opportunities for new marketing tactics, technologies, site-conversion functionality, and improved user experiences 
  • Task out fellow team members with activities in support of the above initiatives


  • In partnership with the B2B Marketing and Sales teams, developappropriate promotional and communications strategies to drivekey metrics, including traffic, conversion, and sales and margin 
  • Collaborate with Executive Team and industry leaders to identify business needs to maintain best-in-classwebsite performance, presentation and market positioning 
  • Develop successful working relationships with IT, Marketing and Manufacturing to ensure optimal company performance 
  • Aid in customersegmentation and analysis

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or related field 
  • Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience 
  • Education may be substituted for 10+ years of relevant experience 
  • Fluency in execution of tactics in the areas of PPC, SEO, Project Management, Email Marketing and automation, Ecommerce platform administration and Vendor Relationship Management.

Language Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general communication and web instructions. 
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, sales representatives, clients and production staff.

Computer Skills:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Excel and Word. 
  • Knowledge of HTML, online analytic programs (Google Analytics, Moz Pro, SEMRush) a plus.

Reasoning Ability:

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. 
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
