PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and implement online marketing programs and strategies to increase sales and drive growth. This individual is a member of the Marketing team, serving all brands across Omni Workspace companies.

PRINCIPLE REGIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Create and manage all aspects of enterprise-wide digital marketing initiatives and strategies that enable sellers and enhance the buying journey. 
  2. Own digital marketing metrics and key performance indicators, presenting results to leadership and recommending solutions. 
  3. Develop strategies and implement campaigns promoting brand awareness to drive online traffic to all company websites and social media platforms. 
  4. Manage digital marketing budget, web content, digital assets, and lead generation. 
  5. Partner with IT to manage marketing automation, including adherence to legal standards of managing client data, data analysis, lead management, marketing emails, and surveys. 
  6. Raise brand awareness and online presence through digital marketing projects and campaigns in partnership with Marketing Leaders, as needed, to ensure messaging and aesthetic is consistent with brand and digital guidelines. 
  7. Partner with IT to manage user experience and engagement across platforms, assisting with problem resolution. 
  8. Work with marketing leadership to ensure digital strategies accomplish marketing objectives. 
  9. Stay current and review new technology trends and opportunities.

REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

  • EXTERNAL: Works with external partners, key vendors, and outside resources to execute responsibilities.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 
  • 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing 
  • Strong background in SEO, SEM, PPC, and web metrics/analytics platforms 
  • Proficiency of Marketing Automation tools, CRM technology, Google Marketing Platform (advertising and analytics), Microsoft Office applications, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Solid project management skills and attention to detail: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot) 
  • Experience with lead generation software and data 
  • Understanding of the Commercial furniture and services industry a plus
