General Responsibilities/Role Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with the Market and Business Development VP and Managers to identify our digital marketing strategy across the proprietary toilet seat brands with the input from Sales and Finance. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the digital space strategy. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing marketing, e-commerce, content and product strategies across all digital channels that drive consumer engagement and revenue growth. In addition to managing the Bemis e-commerce strategy, the Digital Marketing Manager will support online sales initiatives with our retail and wholesale partners to enhance growth. Use performance metrics and data analysis to focus on the most meaningful and effective digital marketing strategies. Manage talent to meet strategic initiatives with a strong sense of urgency and support the growth and capabilities of the internal talent.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategy across paid, owned and earned channels to deliver against brand affinity, sales and customer needs. 
  • Create, deploy and optimize brand content across owned and customer platforms, ensuring brand consistency and consumer journey effectiveness. 
  • Responsible for driving converstion across the consumer/shopper journey from catch, to connect, to close to advocacy. 
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, mobile and advertising campaigns. 
  • Responsible for development and maintenance of online content internal and external that attracts attention, generates interest and is easily shared with social networks. 
  • Develops and implements the social media strategy including marketing plans that leverage social media outlets. Identify and deploy content test and learn scenarios to deliver against KPIs by tactic (e.g. Banner ad call to action testing). 
  • Review analytics in order to optimize content and product for both Bemis and customer websites. 
  • Directs external resources that may be necessary to support digital marketing plans. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. 
  • Utilize stong analylitical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. 
  • Identify and develop digital programs to support CRM goals. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and management. 
  • Direct all digital tasks and manages digital/database administration team. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, PR or Communications or equivalent experience 
  • 4 – 6 years of digital marketing experience 
  • Demonstrable experience/portfolio leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns E-commerce tool experience (e.g. WebCollage, Amazon A+ Pages, etc.) 
  • Digital technology platform expertise (e.g. Web content management system, CRM tools, PIM/DAM, Google tools, etc.) 
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) 
  • Digital media, search and paid social buying experience and campaign and agency management 
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages Basic and enhanced content strategy, development and deployment 
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics required 
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) a plus 
  • Excellent written and communication skills 
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and follow through 
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
