Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager works directly with product marketing and cross-functional partners to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across all digital channels. The person in this role will lead digital marketing strategies and activities from concept to execution including our social media presence. He/She will measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns ensuing work is completed on time and on budget. He/She will develop and execute digital physician engagement strategies, identifying and leveraging systems that enhance customer engagement opportunities cross-functionally across the organization. This individual must be strategic, proactive, highly organized, and an effective communicator (written and verbally).

This position reports to the Sr. Director, Integrated Marketing and Communications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, website, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and plan digital deliverables for launch/campaign/program activities. 
  • Ensures the effective integration of web, search, social media and applicable digital strategies and channels into marketing programs. 
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence. 
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals/metrics and industry benchmarks. 
  • Identify trends and insights. Optimize spend and performance based on insights. 
  • Collaborate with integrated marketing communications team to execute digital strategies including creation of landing pages. Optimize user experience. 
  • Partner with Digital and social media manager to identify and optimize plan for digital and social media opportunities, updates, and maintenance, including the CSI360 website.
  • Identify and leverage digital tools and systems that enhance and drive better physician engagement opportunities and experiences. 
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. 
  • Evaluate emerging digital technologies and opportunities. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. 
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders; proactively communicate and align on plans, expectations, project timelines, program activity and logistics. 
  • Manage allocated budget, identifying cost savings where appropriate 
  • Maintain compliance to the CSI Quality Policy/System (e.g. Master Control), and all other documented quality processes and procedures, when performing assigned tasks 
  • Communicates and presents performance review and insights at franchise and QBR reviews 
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience/Education (required):

  • Bachelors degree with 5+ years of Marketing or a related field. 
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.

Competencies & Skills (Required):

  • Overall business acumen; Strategic thinker; Knowledge of marketing communication channels, including digital and interactive strategies; Strong influence, communication, and presentation skills. 
  • Experience leading/contributing to cross-functional marketing planning with specific experience in advising, creating and documenting integrated, multi-channel campaign/program strategy. 
  • Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. 
  • Highly creative with experience in devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. 
  • Solid knowledge of website analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics). 
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adword campaigns. 
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. 
  • Project management: ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities to deliver on-time and above 
  • Interpersonal skills: exceptional verbal/written communication, listening, coaching and presentation skills with attention to detail 
  • Proven track record of obtaining results without direct report authority 
  • Highly self-motivated contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment 
  • Excellent organizational skills; capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously 
  • Experience working as an internal agency, with clients and/or on cross-functional teams with the ability to communicate with all levels of management 
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment, often under tight deadlines 
  • Stays informed about industry developments and trends. 
  • Stays informed about the competitive landscape.

Experience (Preferred):

  • Understanding of, or experience in, medical device industry a plus.

About CSI & Working Conditions:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% 
  • Physical abilities (must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time while working an event)
