The Digital Marketing Manager will take on a key marketing role on the Interventional Urology Marketing team at Coloplast reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally with the business units to develop and execute digital marketing programs and tactics. This role will use analytics and insight to optimize our digital channels including web, social media, email, paid search, display, etc. The Digital Marketing Manager will be a pivotal player on a dynamic, ambitious team and will be responsible, with the Global Marketing team, for driving marketing lead volume and quality as we build the Coloplast brand, business and consumer focus globally.

Major Areas of Accountability:

  • While working in conjunction with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and IU business units, support in digital strategy development and develop and execute digital marketing programs and tactics. 
  • Drive development of our websites and other online tools and platforms 
  • Optimize user experience and conversion rates on our website 
  • Manage and promote new digital tools and website features in cooperation with the IT organization, our suppliers and Marketing 
  • Monitor and review online customer metrics against KPIs and work with teams to adjust strategy and tactics accordingly 
  • Oversee, develop, and optimize online content for web and email campaigns 
  • Manage digital and social media channels, including monitoring and creating content 
  • Work with the digital agencies in the development and execution of digital and social content and programs; must meet all timelines and be within budget. 
  • Manage the execution of the digital tactics employed by the business units including co-marketing, PPC and physician locator 
  • Provide monthly web and social metrics to key stakeholders – clearly communicating the actual monthly performance and comparing to previous months and years. 
  • Work with the digital team at HQ to keep the Interventional Urology web pages and on-line product catalog up-to-date on Coloplast.com and its various geographically specific websites (i.e. Coloplast.us). 
  • Other duties as assigned 
  • Manages and complies with the advertising and promotions review process for material review and retention.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications or other relevant field of study 
  • 5 – 7 years successful digital media or marketing experience 
  • Experience in healthcare, medical device or other highly regulated field is a plus 
  • Experience with Wordpress and CMS 
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints 
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and optimizing SEO/SEM, email marketing set up and automation, social media and website management 
  • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Universal, Google Analytics 4, or Adobe Analytics), Google AdWords) and CRM platforms (Oracle CRM and Eloqua) 
  • Proficient in Photoshop 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Willingness to travel 10 – 15%; including some international travel
