Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our awesome marketing team! At Concept Co., marketing is about understanding people and building awareness of how our products and services can meet our client's needs. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Digital Marketing Manager who’s eager to do this and more. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing and strive under tight deadlines to meet our clients changing needs.

Role + Responsibilities

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments 
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration 
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies 
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads 
  • Produce engaging, clear copy for different advertising channels such as websites, social media, blogs, and email marketing 
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization. Perform ongoing keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities. Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success 
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics 
  • Present marketing strategies, progress, and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field required 
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry 
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns 
  • Experience developing, implementing, and reporting on marketing strategies 
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels 
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HeyOrca, SEMRush, etc.) 
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
