Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager 

FLSA Status: Salary

Reports To: Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Director

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for launching and managing our e-coupons platform, customer loyalty & rewards programs and vendor monetization across our digital channels. By using guest data, the Digital Marketing Manager will create an omnichannel experience to personalize and incentivize the guest experience. This role will be responsible for digital acquisition and improving guest engagement, resulting in retention and longevity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages the guest communication strategy and cadence for our e-coupons and gas rewards programs across applicable store locations in our digital channels
  • Develops recommendations on content that drives engagement as well as content that increases subscriptions and decreases deactivation 
  • Is responsible for the quantity and quality of customer account profiles within each channel 
  • Works with agency partners on online advertising strategy to drive return on investment (ROI) 
  • Meets sales goals with our vendors to monetize our digital content including our Click N Go pick up curbside program, website, social and email 
  • Works collaboratively with Digital Channel Manager to integrate program awareness and personalize messaging 
  • Continually test and learn content strategies to maximize our content efforts 
  • Works in conjunction with Marketing Analyst to develop customer livetime value (CLV) models that help define budget for customer acquisition

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years managing digital marketing, loyalty and/or eCoupons 
  • Bachelors or Associates degree in business, communication, marketing or related field preferred 
  • Experience in digital customer engagement, acquisition and retention 
  • Possess a high level of digital engagement skills including optimizing customer experience, building relationships with guests online and earning repetitive visits 
  • Ability to take ownership of a problem and see it through to completion 
  • Ability to take the initiative to stay abreast of changes and trends within digital marketing 
  • Demonstrates collaboration skills that enable the successful completion of work toward a common goal 
  • Some travel required

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • This is a salaried, full-time position. 
  • Given the 24/7 nature of digital marketing, this position may work irregular hours as needed; must be available nights, weekends and holidays to handle any issues that may arise.
