Digital Marketing Manager

Under the direction of the Head of Marketing Communications, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for advancing digital capabilities for HellermannTyton North America. This role will include strategic direction, oversight, and execution of website optimizations, demand generation campaigns, and social media. The Digital Marketing Manager will optimize current and recommend new technologies to enhance HellermannTyton’s digital brand experience with a multi-channel approach.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain and optimize website functionality, including form activity and lead routing.
  • Drive execution of website updates and improvements. 
  • Monitor, evaluate, and lead improvements of website bolt-on features and customizations including HTNow, Distributor Locator, MOC Configurator, and Product Selector. 
  • Advise on search engine optimization technical and content strategies to gain prime positioning to elevate HellermannTyton’s website/page rankings. 
  • Collaborate with a team of marketing professionals to develop digital strategies and tactics that align with target markets and corporate objectives. 
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experience and path to purchase across multiple channels and customer touch points. 
  • Research and share emerging digital trends and technologies and solutions, evaluating new systems and methodologies. 
  • Measure and provide regular and timely reports on the performance of the website and digital marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for future improvements. 
  • Develop and execute demand-generation campaigns to meet organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement corporate social media strategy and tactics, both organic and paid.
  • Research and implement marketing automation strategy and supporting resources required.
  • Advise and oversee improvements to HellermannTyton mobile applications.

Qualifications (skills, knowledge, experience):

  • B.A./ B.S. from an accredited 4-year college or university 
  • At least five years’ experience leading website and digital marketing projects. 
  • Proficient in website functionality, CRM, and contact management. 
  • Proficient in Google Analytics/GA4. 
  • Experience with Sitefinity and ROC Commerce platforms is highly desirable. 
  • Basic knowledge of web-based and mobile applications. 
  • Experience with a manufacturer selling through distribution is preferred.

Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000 based on experience

Bonus: 10% - 15% of base paid out annually

Profit Sharing: 4% of the Total Compensation of company money put in your 401K
