As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for Inbound and Outbound Marketing. You will work out of our Milwaukee office, and you will be a part of the CEO’s team, with fantastic growth opportunities inside our company.

Luminos Labs is an eCommerce implementation partner for retailers, distributors, and manufacturers. We are a growing company, and we’re fortunate to be in a very fast-growing industry.   • Inbound Marketing centered around Content Marketing planning, execution (articles, landing pages, whitepapers, webinars, videos, etc.), distribution, and promotion. 
  • Outbound Marketing, including outreach and events, with close collaboration with the Sales team. 
  • Close collaboration with the CEO on marketing strategy. Interview our colleagues and extract and distill content that’s highly educational and informative. 
  • Implement SEO best practices to drive online traffic. 
  • Measure the results of the Marketing activities to inform future decisions. 
  • Dare to fail and learn from experiments.


  • Excellent content writing capabilities 
  • Basic Creative Design skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Thrive in a creative environment driven by experimentation and a dare to fail
  • Entrepreneurial with the ability to work independently 
  • Creative and striving to think outside the box 
  • Highly organized and data-driven


  • 2+ years of experience in Digital and Content Marketing 
  • Experience with Demand Generation, in B2B, or in the technology industry are pluses 
  • Bachelor’s degree inJournalism or equivalent
