We are seeking a candidate who will be responsible for the development and oversight of our integrated digital campaigns. The position will take integrated digital campaigns from creative to execution. This position is responsible for developing and overseeing integrated digital marketing campaigns within the marketing department. This position will take integrated digital campaigns from creative to execution and will have oversight of CRM, web strategy, social media presence, digital advertising and SEO/SEM. This position reports to the director of Marketing and Public Relations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

  • Plans and executes all digital marketing, under the guide of the Director of Marketing, including SEO/SEM, CRM, social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provides daily oversight to: social media strategy, CRM nurturing campaigns, and SEO advertising.
  • Tracks and provides insight to SEO and Google Analytics to drive key decision-making
  • Measures and reports performance of college digital assets including social media platforms and the website.
  • Collaborates with Creative Manager, Advertising Marketing Manager, and Director of Marketing to ensure appropriate alignment in creative content to meet college's brand message in all digital channels.
  • Collaborates with agencies on digital media, SEO, and social media paid efforts.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of digital campaigns and programs on reaching targeted audiences and college enrollment goals.
  • Develops a roadmap and strategic plan for the college-wide digital nurturing campaigns using a CRM system that best meets the strategic needs of the college.
  • Supervise the Social Media Specialist to ensure that social platforms are reaching college wide goals.
  • Supervise CRM Specialist to ensure email nurturing campaigns are reaching college wide goals.

KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS:

  • Extensive management experience Comprehensive marketing and campaign management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of contact management systems; Drupal, social media platforms, and website analytics
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technology in digital marketing.
  • Design work flows and implement procedures.
  • Use reason and emotional intelligence when navigating sensitive issues.
  • Assess team strengths and align to individual responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or closely related field required; Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management or a closely related field preferred.
  • Five years of progressively responsible digital marketing experience which must include: Supervisory experience in marketing to include management of campaigns and oversight of marketing budget and Project management experience.
