Digital Marketing Manager
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for strategizing, managing, and fulfilling digital partnerships. This individual work with corporate partnerships to build digital platforms for sponsorship as well as run, monitor and maintain digital inventory to develop the best strategy for driving revenue. They will work with the activation team to ensure that all digital sponsorship is fulfilled, measured, and tracked. The Digital Marketing Manager will stay on top of market trends in digital sponsorship platforms while working with the digital and sponsorship teams to increase revenue and create new platforms that will enhance value for the Bucks fans, partners and staff. They will also be responsible for post-analysis reporting of digital partner campaigns to measure effectiveness against important metrics, as well as provide strategic go-forward recommendations for optimizations.

  • Manage the digital partnerships fulfillment process between digital and partnership services
  • Craft and manage digital sponsorship fulfillment calendar
  • Serve as the liaison between the team and NBA digital media operations
  • Responsible for ad trafficking, tracking, measuring and reporting
  • Assist with, digital assetstrategy & ideation, campaigncreation, comp creation, and rate card creation/maintenance
  • Aggregate best practices across teams, leagues, brands
  • Monitor changes in the digital world as itpertainsto partnership activation and oversee digital inventory
  • Assists and collaborates on digital innovation initiatives to evolve the guest experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Web Production, Analytics or related field
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience at a brand or agency
  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Ability to effectively lead cross functional teams of both internal and external partners
  • Skilled in the Adobe creative suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proficient in DoubleClick for Publishers Solid understanding of Omniture and Google Analytics!
  • Knowledgeable of HTML and web editing preferred
  • Experienced in media buying and ad trafficking
