- Proficient in identifying target audiences, copywriting, analytics, and devising paid digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate potential buyers
- Knowledge and understanding of best digital media buying practices. Including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube
- Excels at research, can identify trends, threats and opportunities in digital media
- Highly organized with the ability to manage various projects simultaneously. Able to adapt to changing priorities based on organizational needs
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills. Able to build and maintain cordial relationship with clients, peers, and people at all levels, using diplomacy, judgment, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- An affinity for music, the performing arts and events is helpful
- Valid driver’s license
- Educational degrees or equivalent in-field, technical, military, or minimum 3 years of industry experience. BS/MS degree in marketing, advertising, entertainment, or a related field
- To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the following software applications/packages: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, general knowledge of Content Management Systems.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company policies, budgets, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Employee may be exposed to certain risks or hazards that are typically associated with an outdoor public venue.
- Some travel may be required
- Employee will frequently work overtime including evenings and weekends. Employee will be exposed to various weather conditions.
