Applications are being accepted for a new full-time Digital Marketing Manager, Fond du Lac Campus. This position is responsible for the formation or adjustment of the processes of Marketing and Communications major process of the College Leadership Unit subject to the constraints imposed by the Director of Marketing and Communications, MPTC District Board policy, State Board rules, law and professional ethical behavior.

Beginning: July 2021 (Pending Board approval)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies in coordination with internal stakeholders that identifies best approaches to build and nurture a pool of prospective students to support enrollment and recruitment efforts.

2. Lead the discovery and implementation of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts for the College through analysis, recommendation and content development.

3. Serve as lead digital content manager—overseeing strategy, tone and coordination of digital content, to include email, text messaging, web and social media communications. Oversee and coordinate print collateral for prospective students and external audiences.

4. Create segmented, multi-touch communications for targeted audiences to drive requests for information, applications, event attendance, campus visits, enrollment, and donor and community engagement--leveraging customer data and digital behavior to optimize returns.

5. Lead identification and testing of new digital marketing channels that grow our online presence, utilizing web analytics and tools to monitor, analyze, report and improve campaign performance.

6. Ensures compliance with externally focused communication policies and procedures, and understand design principles, guidelines, and web accessibility standards.

7. Responsible for the performance management, coaching and ongoing growth and development of assigned staff.

8. Manage the effective and efficient use of College resources; manage budget and provide input for departmental initiatives in alignment with the College’s strategic plan.

9. Perform other duties as assigned.

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, digital advertising, communication or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable principles and practices of marketing communications knowledge and abilities can be acquired.

2. At least five years or progressively more responsible recent experience, relevant digital marketing, SEO and analytics experience in a medium to large organization; and experience overseeing digital marketing projects and campaigns from inception through conclusion.

3. Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability and experience. Two years of supervisory experience preferred.

4. Demonstrated skills and understanding in Adobe, Microsoft, email marketing tools, digital marketing tools and online platforms. Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications, including MS Office, email/calendaring and mobile device operating systems.

5. Previous experience in a public institution and/or higher education is preferred.

6. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations by promoting and maintaining an inclusive work environment and culture that is respectful and accepting of diversity.

7. Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills.

Salary range: $62,987 - $78,734
