About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Manager at Toppan Merrill works collaboratively with field marketing managers, marketing operations and automation specialist and liaise with external digital partner agencies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the strategy and management of the corporate website and associated channels (all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising) with a heavy focus on modernizing and innovating Toppan Merrill’s digital presence. 
  • Align with field marketing managers and marketing operations specialist to better understand customer needs to increase demand generation conversions by enhancing and personalizing the user experience. 
  • Play a key role in product and campaign launches and global brand development by creating digital strategic plans that innovate, enhance engagement, drive awareness and increase sales. 
  • Align with field marketing, marketing operations, and support global sales offices by developing lead generation and account-based marketing strategies for various theaters. 
  • Align with marketing directors and marketing operations to develop attribution models in ties with closed-loop analytics to help the organization understand marketing investments and media effectiveness throughout the entire funnel. 
  • Leverage data from marketing operations to provide insight into campaign success rates and accountable to identify and highlight tactics that are providing the highest quality conversions at the optimal spend. 
  • Develop prospect and customer segmentation strategies through lead scoring and nurturing programs to increase demand generation and/or retention.

About You:

  • Experience with corporate CRM. Preferred: 
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms. Preferred: Marketing Cloud 
  • Experience with CMS. Preferred: WordPress 
  • Demonstrable experience innovating or modernizing a brand 
  • Highly creative, with impeccable writing and presentation skills 
  • Strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of analytic tools to derive meaning from campaign data to drive actionable insight 
  • Current with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement

Qualifications and Experience:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field preferred 
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience. Preferred: B2B experience
