Toppers Pizza HQ is hiring! We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our small but mighty marketing team. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play an important role in optimizing our digital marketing and e-commerce platforms against defined KPI’s. You will work closely with both the VP of Marketing and the VP of IT.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and optimize our eCommerce platforms (along with our IT team) utilizing the best practices of UX & UI
  • Plan and oversee the execution of digital marketing including SEO/SEM, Loyalty, email, SMS, social media and digital advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Develop organic social media strategy and plan.

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3 – 5 years working experience in digital marketing and E-Commerce 
  • Experience managing SEO/SEM, Loyalty Program, email, SMS, social media and/digital advertising campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of e-E-Commerce best practices including UX and UI 
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Experience working with developers and managing
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Strong Project Management experience managing digital development and integration projects
