The Digital Marketing Manager oversees daily operations of all GF Building Flow Solutions Americas web domains:

  • Implement, manage and update content on the websites
  • Works with marketing and portfolio teams to regularly launch new products on the website and provide content data support to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Provides technical support including identifying, analyzing and solving user issues
  • Sorts and filters product data exports from ERP and PDM systems to troubleshoot data issues and create data files
  • This individual has B2B experience and an interest in product and solution selling through digital marketing efforts--from messaging to UX best practices.
  • This role collaborates with IT and web development partners and assists in prioritization of projects, along with ideating, overseeing, and testing platform updates and maintenance
  • Reviews and makes updates based on analytics and system data to improve revenue, user experience, conversion rate, etc. This role will also be responsible for optimizing the website(s) for search engines and leveraging Google Analytics to monitor site traffic, evaluate effectiveness, and uncover insights. 
  • This role will collaborate across the organization to develop and maintain new processes to ensure digital experiences are modern, well-organized and easy-to-find. 
  • This professional can fulfill a wide variety of needs on the website while identifying opportunities and integrations with other digital platforms.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead website development and optimization, including content updates and maintenance, audits and strategy. Collaborate with Portfolio, Category, and Demand Generations teams to launch new products with a successful, engaging digital presence. Create and coordinate web and landing page needs for promos and targeted campaigns. Manage outsourcing when needed. Work within Kentico Content Management System (CMS) to update, audit and format landing pages and user experience. Address inconsistencies, broken links, typos and display issues by understanding basic system architecture and integration touch points. Coordinate the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of the company’s online presence.
  • Support overall demand generation strategy, including dotted line management of Digital Marketing, Sr. Specialist focused on marketing automation, e-mail, and content updates. Identify digital portfolio gaps and evolve the digital portfolio experience to drive business objectives, marketing programs, and, ultimately, ROI. Provides an unquenchable curiosity for technology and how it impacts our ability to deliver customer value.
  • Partners with Portfolio and Demand Generation to identify opportunities to improve product and solution engagement. Manages the maintenance and/or audit of product data in PDM, PIM, & CMS mainframe. Perform quality control inspections, audits and any necessary monthly reports/summaries.
  • Optimize content for site search and search engines. Lead internal DEV OPS to develop processes to improve site search and broaden SEO efforts. Work with external marketing partner to track metrics to provide insights and implications that will drive decision-making for website strategy.
  • Seeks out opportunities to contribute to the business’ success through proactive involvement in team initiatives.

What will you need?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communications or equivalent degree. (Preferred) 
  • 5+ years of related experience; 
  • 2 years in web marketing, digital content or web development required. 
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, HTML, GA, GTM, Kentico or other enterprise 
  • CMS preferred. 
  • Fluent in the principles of design, UX, and product management. 
  • Prior experience in Communications, IT, Digital Marketing, or similar is required. 
  • You have project management skills and an understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment 
  • Analytical problem solver; able to understand interdependencies of business functions and impacts of decisions. 
  • Must use an effective and approachable communication style to engage others and build credibility and rapport. 
  • Must be self-starter, goal oriented, and take initiative to achieve objectives. 
  • You possess the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment where functioning autonomously and collaborating as part of a team are equally important 
  • Must be familiar with Agile methodology 
  • Must have a strong technical knowledge of principles and practices of information technology, organization, administration, and management.
