Digital Marketing Practitioner will determine best digital platforms and tactics to meet campaign goals. You can identify where help is needed and jump in to make media plans and strategies successful for clients across the food and ag system.

This position can be based in Remote, IL, MN or WI.

  • Determine best social platforms and tactics to meet campaign goals. Create campaigns across all social networks. 
  • Develop campaign structure, audiences, budget allocation. 
  • Create and optimize campaigns in the Google ads platform: search, display, video, and remarketing. 
  • Develop campaign structure, audiences,keywords. 
  • Execute marketing automation workflows, provide campaign duration and maintenance, analyze performance and make recommendations for improvement/optimization. 
  • Assist in managing lead segmentation and lead generation initiatives. 
  • Manage performance analytics across multiple media tactics,including website performance.Develop client-facing analytic dashboards within Google DataStudio. Perform maintenance to ensure dashboards are regularly up to date and ready for client presentation, insights and next steps based on performance. 
  • Analyze campaign tactic performance and provide monthly insights and opportunities to improve campaign performance. 
  • Conduct digital audits- both web and social. 
  • Lead SEO keyword research when needed.
  • 2-4 years of experience in planning, managing and executing digital. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field. 
  • Experience with leveraging digital media management and analytics tools. 
  • Facilitate writing, editing, and crafting of content for the digital media space. 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social platform best practices and understanding of digital production practices.
