Medica’s Digital Marketing Specialist manages our digital marketing applications and distribution of communications including email, social media content and SMS texts. This Specialist supports our consumer audiences and will play a key role in developing and managing our digital marketing discipline.

Our Digital Marketing Specialist will work collaboratively with marketing segment leads across product lines to support the creation of content for our digital marketing communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to Marketing, Content Marketing, Communications or related field; equivalent combination of education and work experience will also be considered 
  • 3+ years of related experience, including digital marketing communications, preferably email, social media, or both 
  • Demonstrated experience with publishing organic content on a variety of social networks and broadcast email distribution; knowledge of and experience working with email platforms is required 
  • Experience with Exact Target, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Social Studio), and/or experience with other marketing and project management applications preferred

  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines 
  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments 
  • Ability to work independently and seek solutions to problems 
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships within the organization and work cross-functionally to meet business needs
