Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)

Position can be remote or in the office depending on preference.

The Digital Marketing Specialist works under the guidance of the Marketing and Communication Manager. This individual is responsible for implementing the Security Health Plan (SHP) digital marketing strategies. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work to develop, maintain/update and optimize Security Health Plan’s internal and external Web sites, manage online enrollment applications, ensure corporate compliance with government regulations and oversee online and mobile marketing campaigns. This individual will also be knowledgeable regarding all aspects of Security Health Plan’s public relations and marketing communications program and will assist in any and PR/marketing areas as required. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be expected to interact as appropriate with physicians, administration, and staff throughout Security Health Plan and the Marshfield Clinic Health System.

Requires:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
• One year of experience in digital or Web marketing field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred / Optional:

• Experience in Web site development using XML editors, design, search engine marketing, social media marketing, writing Web copy and background in HMOs or health care preferred
• Knowledge of Internet, social media, mobile applications, and secure portals
• Valid license to sell health insurance in the State of Wisconsin
• Google AdWords certification
