What you’ll do:

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll develop and initiate effective online strategies. You have your eye on the business, and are able to translate business objectives into successful digital marketing campaigns. You understand how and where to acquire knowledge about market trends and demands, and use that information to drive the needs of our B2B market.

  • Excel in managing the execution of paid media and lead acquisition campaigns 
  • Manage accounts on ad platforms for pay per click (PPC) media such as Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram 
  • Develop and execute best-in-class SEM/paid search, retargeting, and display campaigns and programs 
  • Leverage Hubspot to build web landing pages and make updates to existing website and ensure they are responsive on desktop and mobile 
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, fix and optimize broken Links (403 & 404 errors), index coverage issues, keyword cannibalism, duplicate content, uncompressed images.

To perform this role successfully, an individual must demonstrate a strong understanding of Digital Marketing channels and best practices, and a desire to continue to learn and improve upon all Digital Marketing activities. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary for satisfactory performance.   • Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Media Studies or related field 
  • 2-3 years of paid search and social media buying and/or management experience required 
  • Working knowledge of email, display, remarketing and video campaigns 
  • Analytics implementation experience such as engagement tracking, channel setup, and pixel placement 
  • Proven success in increasing followers across all channels to improve engagement is preferred 
  • Experience leveraging Hubspot
