The Digital Marketing Specialist role is responsible for the planning, creating and sharing of digital content to attract and convert consumers to patients and patients into repeat patients and advocates.

This role will also support the SEO roadmap with SEO implementation and be able to lead and manage content audits to create roadmaps for resolution. It is also responsible working across teams, leveraging insights from Social listening and SEM performance to create, manage and execute on the content roadmap, including editorial calendar planning.

You will assist in the deployment of digital technologies designed to help us meet our business growth goals. You will identify innovative yet practical solutions which deliver ROI. You will serve as our digital content marketing SEO subject matter expert offering solutions to address current marketing gaps and new opportunities that will increase brand awareness for Allina Health while driving traffic targeted to fuel our growth strategies.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Provide ongoing website recommendations to improve end-user usability and recommend site content improvements within budget and timeframe required. 
  • Assist with managing SEO and content marketing direction within budget and provide a monthly report and quarterly analysis 
  • Provides marketing automation support for marketing campaigns, nurture campaigns, and client and internal events 
  • Collaborate with partners and optimize user experience in MyAccount, website and App other digital platforms 
  • Optimize spend and SEO performance based on the insights with Consumer Analytics and Digital Experience 
  • Maintains editorial calendar in collaboration with Digital Marketing and Marketing teams 
  • Tracks content marketing campaign to track and report campaign results throughout the organization, including metrics and analysis of results and recommended adjustments to the campaign 
  • Develop and deliver content marketing recommendations to lift awareness and drive conversions 
  • Support implementation of the SEO roadmap for the blog and other Digital Marketing channels identifying new content opportunities, and manages content calendar. 
  • Provides monthly report and quarterly analysis. 
  • Maintain website(s) and supporting programs to optimize SEO, and lead generation. 
  • Contributes to processes that help enhance structures and process improvements in digital marketing prioritization, measurement and deployment

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or health care related field

Qualification/Skills:

  • 2+ years’ experience driving digital marketing strategy 
  • At least four years of related digital/SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING experience 
  • Paid search, SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION experience required 
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized 
  • Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Exceptional analytical skills 
  • Full knowledge of MS Office required including Excel, PowerPoint, Word 
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, Google Analytic and Google Data Studio
