Position Details

Digital Marketing Specialist
Twin Cities Metro
Minneapolis, MN

Responsible for the implementation of integrated multi-channel digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Partners with the marketing team to execute timely and effective digital and social media campaigns that serve business goals and growth strategies. Assists in the deployment of digital technologies, identifies innovative solutions and serve as a digital subject matter expert.

Principle Responsibilities:

Process and support

  • Implements and maintains social media sites, manages content calendar and identifies new content opportunities. 
  • Maintains website(s) and supporting programs to optimize search engine optimization and lead generation. 
  • Contributes to processes that enhance structures and process improvements in digital marketing prioritization, measurement and deployment. 
  • Provides monthly report and quarterly analysis.

Partner with marketing disciplines

  • Collaborates with partners and optimizes user experience in MyAccount, website and other digital platforms. 
  • Optimizes spend and performance based on the insights with Consumer Analytics and Digital Experience.

Leverages data and insights

  • Communicates reporting data for landing pages, emails and leads for all digital marketing campaigns. 
  • Tracks marketing campaigns to track and report results, including metrics and analysis of results and recommended adjustments.

Strategic planning

  • Provides ongoing website recommendations to improve end user usability within budget and timeframe required. 
  • Assists with managing advertising direction within budget, provides monthly report and quarterly analysis. 
  • Provides marketing automation support for marketing campaigns, nurture campaigns and client and internal events.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements;

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or health care related field required 
  • 2 to 5 years in driving digital marketing strategy and related digital/search engine marketing required and Search engine optimization experience required and 
  • Full knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word required and 
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, Google Analytic and Google Data Studo required
