Digital Marketing Specialist
Southeast Wisconsin
New Berlin, WI

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing plans related to E-commerce and pay-per-click advertising campaigns, search engine optimization and other digital marketing programming.

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Develop and manage pay-per-click campaigns, primarily Google Adwords 
  • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization 
  • Maintain digital dashboard of several different programs 
  • Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns 
  • Prepare emails to send to customers 
  • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success 
  • Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms 
  • Ensure brand message is consistent

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or related field 
  • Previous digital marketing experience 
  • Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) 
  • Experience in developing and managing pay-per-click campaigns, primarily Google Adwords

Computer Skills:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Excel and Word. 
  • Proficiency with HTML, online analytic programs (Google Analytics, Moz Pro, SEMRush) a plus.

Reasoning Ability:

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. 
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
