The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the bank’s social media presence, and this includes creating, managing, maintaining, and reporting on all platforms. This position works with external and internal resources to secure or produce imagery, audio, and video. The Digital Marketing Specialist works closely with the AVP Marketing Content Strategy on copywriting and using externally produced content in the bank’s marketing communications. This role is also on point for digital, email marketing and website administration. Lastly, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for graphic design or production in line with the bank’s brand to best promote products, services, people.
