Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate combines business insight and communication skills with superb marketing campaign execution. This person will partner with Brunswick’s brand marketing leaders to create comprehensive digital marketing campaigns using a consultative approach to maximize performance. The role requires a balance of strategic vision and tactical execution.


  • Works collaboratively with brands and functional digital experts to translate business objectives and strategies into cohesive, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive growth 
  • Serves as point-of-contact for brand team and conduit to the digital product owners and digital functional leads 
  • Continuously improves performance by analyzing insights relative to campaigns and site metrics 
  • Recommend a/b tests for site improvements to meet core web vital standards & campaign performance goals 
  • Assist with website maintenance including site authoring, ticket requirement capturing and ticket testing 
  • Work with Paid Media team to provide strategy for search, display and social ads 
  • Partner with Marketing Automation team to create email campaigns and manage leads across the sales funnel 
  • Collaborate with SEO team to ensure SEO is being implemented into campaigns, product launches and blogs

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field 
  • Understanding of integrated digital marketing strategies and campaigns 
  • Experience using CMS platforms and SEO best practices 
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and ability to create and send email marketing 
  • Organic social media publishing experience 
  • Knowledge of paid digital advertising programs with Google, Bing, social media ads and more 
  • Strong project management skills
