Job Summary:

This role works directly with marketing partners, and other functions to develop and execute digital customer-facing, (domestic and international) external communications that reinforce CSI’s corporate, marketing, brand, and program objectives.

This individual must be proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator (written and verbally). He or she will interact closely with a cross-functional group including Marketing Communications, Meetings/Events/ Tradeshows, Product Marketing, Medical Education, Sales Training, Regulatory, Healthcare Economics & Reimbursement, IT/Developers, Document Control, Legal, and numerous external vendors/partners.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

Serve as social media community manager for Twitter and LinkedIn.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to strategize, develop, and execute social media posts.
  • Respond to social media comments.
  • Lead social listening.
  • Track and report key metrics and insights from social media.

Support and execute paid search, paid social & other digital campaign elements as needed (often partnering with agencies & IT resources when applicable)

Lead digital marketing execution for CSI’s Take A Stand Against Amputation® PAD patient advocacy program including website updates, social media, paid digital advertising, People of Color activations, and patient nurturing email campaign

Support CSI’s digital transformation efforts around marketing automation and personalization.

Collaborate with integrated marketing communications to execute digital marketing tactics partnering with stakeholders to review documents, submit feedback and make updates to existing materials for use

Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders (including agencies where applicable); proactively communicate deliverables, expectations, project timelines, program activity and logistics

Manage digital communications and maintain project records using established department procedures and tools

Manage (via formal review process), proof, annotate and route materials; communicate changes/approvals to outside vendors/partners and secure approvals

Maintain compliance to the CSI Quality Policy/System, and all other documented quality processes and procedures, when performing assigned tasks

Other duties as assigned

  • BA or BS degree REQUIRED with 2-4 years of Communications/Marketing related experience a plus. 
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing efforts. 
  • Experience in medical device industry a plus 
  • Previous social media community management experience required 
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite, including Acrobat Pro for proofing and annotating documents; Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel); and basic design programs (e.g. Publisher) 
  • Proficiency in digital communication including updating website content and content management systems. Pardot/Salesforce a plus. 
  • Project management: ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities to deliver on -time 
  • Self-motivated contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment 
  • Excellent organizational skills: capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously while also able to provide updates when asked on the status of a project 
  • Detail oriented and keeps track of appropriate tasks associated with a projects progress 
  • Experience working as an internal agency, with clients or other cross-functional teams 
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment, often under tight deadlines and follows through as appropriate 
  • Stays informed about industry developments and trends 
  • Stays informed about competitive landscape
