We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence and engagement through creative social media strategies, impactful digital campaigns, and high-quality video content. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and resonate with our target audience.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with our audience.
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and manage community interactions.

Digital Campaign Creation

  • Plan, launch, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social, email, and online advertising).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaign concepts that drive traffic, generate leads, and boost brand awareness.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.

Website Management (WordPress)

  • Regularly update website content, including project profiles, news articles, and blog posts.
  • Ensure website design, structure, and SEO best practices are optimized for user experience and search rankings.

Video Editing & Content Creation

  • Produce, edit, and optimize compelling video content for use across digital channels, ensuring high production quality and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and storyboard video concepts that effectively communicate key messages. 
  • Stay up to date on the latest video trends and editing techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Utilize digital analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights) to monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular reports detailing the impact of digital marketing initiatives and key performance metrics.

Brand Consistency & Innovation

  • Ensure all digital content reflects our brand voice, style, and messaging.
  • Continuously research and integrate emerging digital trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media and campaign management.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite in a Mac environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in video production and editing using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Experience using project management software (Monday.com).
  • Experience with WordPress.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms (Sprout Social) and digital advertising insights.
  • Exceptional creative abilities with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to evolving digital trends.

The position is available on a part-time or full-time basis.
