Continental Propertiesis looking for a Community Marketing & Experience Specialist to join our Marketing team at our Home Office in Menomonee Falls, WI.

You will lead the creation of marketing strategies to drive customer demand for Continental Properties' residential communities. You will have hands-on management with Email Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Social Media Advertising, and other online and offline marketing channels. You will support the Marketing team in tracking marketing campaign value, creating budgets, A/B tests, and completing other operational tasks. You will also help create content assets including websites & landing pages, short videos, and social media posts. The Community Marketing and Experience Specialist reports to the Marketing Director. We are embracing a hybrid working environment and you can work both in the office and remote. 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Partner with assigned apartment communities to develop data-driven marketing strategies to increase customer demand 
  • Create targeted Google Ads campaigns, Email Marketing campaigns, and Social Media Ad campaigns to promote leads, tours, and leases for our apartment communities 
  • Analyze and assess the Return on Investment of marketing campaigns, and communicate results to important partners 
  • Manage marketing expenses and budgets for assigned apartment communities 
  • Build landing pages and websites using best practices in web design and local search engine optimization 
  • Identify ways to improve online reputation ratings, resident satisfaction, and retention for our apartment communities Help design content assets for digital and print use

Skills for Success:

  • Education:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required 
  • Experience: 2+ years in digital content creation, digital marketing and/or marketing agency account management role 
  • Functional/Technical skills:An above average understanding of basic content management systems, web analytics tools (Google Analytics), search engine optimization (SEO / Google Business Profiles), paid digital advertising (Google Ads), and social media marketing (to include Facebook and Instagram)
