Summary:

Responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and generate leads. Uses various digital channels, data analysis, and innovative thinking to successfully support our online marketing initiatives. Supports other members of the Marketing team with sales initiatives and philanthropic goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generates engaging and relevant digital content for various platforms, including email marketing, ECE.org website, blogs, social media, and video. 
  • Collaborates with the Sr. Director of Marketing and Client Solutions and Digital Marketing Manager to plan, implement, monitor, and help design digital marketing campaigns that align with business goals. 
  • Grows and manages Facebook and Instagram presence, including paid advertising on these platforms. Monitors and implements social media trends. 
  • Monitors and optimizes our Google Adwords account and manages Google non-profit grant. 
  • Helps compile analytic reports with data that provides the most insights to aid in making marketing and sales decisions. 
  • Works with the Digital Marketing Manager to help analyze the success of marketing campaigns. 
  • Leads implementation and development of Marketing Automation Platforms. Maintains marketing database including customer/prospect files through data entry, content, and support maintenance of Customer Relationship Management systems. This includes HubSpot and Constant Contact. 
  • Completes basic research using library, Internet, and other resources. 
  • Performs special projects and other duties as assigned to support development and growth of ECE. 
  • Stays current with digital marketing developments, technology, and trends. 
  • Identifies opportunities for differentiation and improvement. 
  • Designs marketing materials used for digital and print. 
  • Creates and edits videos for website and social media. 
  • Helps manage the ECE website which includes adding and editing website content, managing SEO keywords and page optimizations. 
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience

Associate degree or higher in marketing or related field and at least two years of experience in digital marketing.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database and Word Processing software, PowerPoint, Internet resources, Google Analytics, Business Intelligence, marketing automation (Constant Contact and HubSpot preferred but not required), and email. Familiarity with Content Management Software (CMS) is a plus. Familiarity with blog writing, proofing, and publishing, PowerPoint, and video editing software preferred.

Salary Description: $49,000 - $57,050 / year
