Position Details

Digital Marketing Specialist
Northeast Wisconsin
Green Bay, WI

Position Impact:

Coordinate product, marketing and promotional information into updated content on retailer websites to support the eCommerce & Omnichannel sales initiatives of a leading manufacturer and distributor of kitchen and home appliances.

Essential job functions:

  • Independently design, create, edit, and activate persuasive, A+/enhanced images, copy, content, banners and marketing for major, branded products on leading eCommerce websites
  • Add, maintain, and edit product descriptions, data fields, attributes, images, videos and other data by proficiently using PhotoShop and similar programs
  • Write product titles, descriptions and bullet points that are engaging and fulfill SEO goals
  • Create and edit content pages using retail customer portals
  • Collaborate with vendor and customers creative teams via phone or email to coordinate content accuracy and placement on customer sites
  • Revise and optimize existing online content to align with then-current Nostalgia corporate direction
  • Create, maintain and edit promotional content to support ongoing promotions (banners, coupon codes, promotional pages)
  • Check vendor or manufacturer sites for updated videos and content to be used on customer sites
  • Proactively collaborate with the buying team on new or updated products to acquire and deliver consistent information
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize workload based on urgency and deadlines
  • Research product information that may not be provided by our vendors and update our internal product database
  • Document and report progress of current and known future builds and provide weekly team updates
  • Organize and maintain digital assets in a proficient and easy to use manner
  • Assist customer service in troubleshooting customer inquiries


  • High school diploma
  • Associates Degree in Marketing preferred
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Strong creative writing skills
  • Proficient knowledge of image creation, photo editing, copy-writing, and video manipulation technologies, including Adobe Photoshop and Elements software experience is strongly preferred
  • 1-2 years of online content/image experience is strongly preferred
  • Website management, photography, SEO, and/or social media experience is helpful
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Close, daily teamwork is necessary and expected for maximum results
