Position Details

Digital Marketing Specialist
Northeast Wisconsin
Green Bay, WI

Purpose: The Digital Marketing Specialist coordinates and implements the day-to-day tactical implementation of digital marketing campaigns, acting within the constraints of the project scope and goals, project budget, schedule and quality objectives laid out in the planning stages.

Relationships: Works regularly and cooperatively with digital, project management , creative and client strategy teams. Reports directly to the Digital Marketing Director.

**Preference will be given to candidates with conversion (form submissions, leads, sales) focused digital marketing experience (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, Email marketing). Please lead with that experience in your cover letter and resume and focus less on other engagement focused writing (social media, content, etc.).**

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Creating ad campaigns including keyword/audience research (PPC, social, display, retargeting, etc.) 
  • Organic social media posts 
  • Creating email campaigns Building email outreach lists 
  • Implement technical site audit fixes (SEO) 
  • Project management (digital and traditional) 
  • Administrative work related to digital marketing 
  • Website development and support Other duties as assigned

Secondary Duties & Responsibilities (shared with Digital Team):

  • Digital copywriter & copyeditor 
  • Digital strategist


  • Lives the Imaginasium team norms and purpose/values 
  • Digital marketing savvy professional with experience creating and running digital ad campaigns and/or email campaigns that generate leads and/or sales 
  • Ability to express technical concepts clearly to people with no technical background 
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to be tactfully assertive 
  • Patience and persistence and the ability to focus on details Ability to work alone or as a member of team 
  • Interest in keeping up to date with new technology 
  • Creative, open-minded, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving 
  • Ability to be flexible and highly adaptive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment 
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects and process information efficiently 
  • Knowledge of web design/development principles and process including SEO, SEM and web analytics 
  • Strong computer and software skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and project management systems 
  • Familiarity with content management systems (Wordpress, Kentico, etc.)
