Digital Marketing Manager

De Pere, WI

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for all strategic on-line initiatives, from ideation, to creation, to execution. He or she monitors and analyzes metrics to adjust initiatives and campaigns accordingly and for the benefit of client and agency marketing. This person must demonstrate digital experience, with a strong sense of branding/marketing strategy in order to improve audience engagement. At least 3+ years related experience and Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is required; healthcare experience preferred

  • Plans, implements and manages all digital marketing, including pay per click and display advertising, social media, SEO/SEM, targeted email, content offers, geo-fencing, and voice activated search.
  • Coordinates CMS, including creating and managing mailing lists, posting and sharing blogs, and making workflow updates as needed.
  • Strategizes and develops short and long-term digital marketing plans for the agency/clients. Has a strong understanding of all social media platforms including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Shares that knowledge with team members and clients.
  • Conducts keyword research, campaign set up, and maintain client budgets for Google ad campaigns.
  • Evaluates digital effectiveness through daily monitoring, engagement and management for digital. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals. (ROI and KPIs).
  • Recommends new growth strategies to create digital engagement. Assists with website development, including, strategy, sitemap, wireframes and population of sites.
  • Collaborates with internal team members to integrate digital activity with other creative mediums, such as, broadcast, print, web, direct marketing and streaming. Ensures the highest-level quality, originality, and accuracy for all digital content. Evaluates and builds a strong understanding of emerging technologies within digital. Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

  • Strong internal and external communication skills, including ability to write original content and present digital recommendations/analysis to clients.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time. 
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a larger team. 
  • Working knowledge of Content Management Systems (Umbraco, Drupal, WordPress, AWS). 
  • Ability to manage and report on metrics. 
  • Experience in the management and execution of successful digital marketing channels and campaigns, deploying a wide range of techniques across different platforms, including a CRM. Google Adwords and Google Analytics certification a plus.
