Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, paid media, and web, to promote a variety of products and services. Responsibilities include content development, audience targeting, performance tracking, and campaign optimization to drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and support the sales pipeline. This role works closely with internal teams as well as select clients to shape and refine their digital marketing strategies, supporting business growth.

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that include identifying target audiences, setting campaign goals, and selecting appropriate channels.
  • Create and curate content across digital channels, writing clear, compelling copy tailored for web, social media, and paid campaigns.
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn ads, with continuous monitoring and optimization to maximize ROI.
  • Develop social media strategies, creating engaging content, and monitoring performance.
  • Optimize website and content for search engines (SEO), including keyword research, on-page optimization, and implementing best practices.
  • Analyze digital campaign data, generate actionable insights, and create performance reports to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders—and select clients—to align marketing efforts with broader business and sales strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of various digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, display, and content marketing. 
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools, web analytics, and advertising platforms.
  • Skilled in creating compelling content tailored to various platforms, audiences, and campaign goals.
  • Experience developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective communicator with experience collaborating across teams, stakeholders, and communicating with clients.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute cross-channel campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, tools, and emerging technologies.
