The Digital Marketing Specialist has a unique opportunity to take a foundational marketing strategy and create something bigger and better in collaboration with a talented marketing team. You will be working with digital platforms, social media, industry and sales events, and brand management.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Digital Platforms (Website, CORES, Ecommerce sites)

  • Assist in developing website content and new functionality 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance and other issues using best practices and support resources while creating new, innovative solutions to meet the changing needs 
  • Assist in defining and developing app user interface via rule writing, actions and conditions 
  • Assist in implementation and maintenance of RenewAire stock products and or service parts via online retailers 
  • Assist in maintaining customer PIM and ecommerce systems 
  • Data entry and maintenance of new and current product updates and other content

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

  • Analyze web traffic, providing actionable insights on web/campaign performance to improve user experience, optimize for search engine performance and improve results 
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies that will increase online presence and drive organic growth 
  • Developing annual digital advertising plan by identifying most effective opportunities 
  • Execute digital advertising plan

Social Media/Digital Marketing

  • With the Brand Manager, develop and execution of annual social media plan
  • Develop content for the following areas: event signs, web banners, email communication and social media campaigns as related to marketing and company events 
  • Assist in the development of digital assets to support marketing activities including: video, podcasts, PowerPoint presentations, photo shoots, 3d illustrations 
  • Monitor and engage in social media trends and conversations on behalf of RenewAire 
  • Develop content for email newsletters and deploy via relationship management tools. 
  • Oversee pre- and post-event awareness and communications activities including email, social media and direct mail campaigns 
  • Responsible for the archiving of digital assets

Brand Management

  • Assist in developing new brand guidelines as applies to digital marketing and adhere to existing guidelines 
  • Work closely with team to enhance the company's sponsorships, events, and presence at trade shows, via digital communication channels 
  • Leverage digital marketing and automation tools to execute digital campaigns ensuring coordination and timing of messages across social media and website 
  • Some travel is required to trade shows, photo shoots, company events etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered. 
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, executing digital marketing, lead generation and/or integrated marketing programs 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) 
  • Working experience with digital marketing and SEO strategy 
  • Experience updating and managing website content management systems (e.g. WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, etc.) 
  • Experience with analytics software (SEMrush and Google Analytics) 
  • Experience with marketing automation and analytics (Hubspot) 
  • Experience with social media management tools (HootSuite) 
  • Experience with SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics or another CRM platform 
  • Website development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) 
  • Experience working with an online configuration tool
