Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business, or related field preferred)
3+ years of relevant marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment
Experience in real estate property management, leasing, and/or B2C marketing preferred
Computer skills:
- Office365 including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Website design and management platforms — experience with RentCafé and WordPress preferred
- Mass email platforms including MailChimp
- Graphic design programs including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Digital marketing channels:
- Google platforms including Ads, Analytics, and Business Profiles
- General knowledge of SEO practices preferred
- Social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills — communicates clearly, concisely, positively, and professionally
Able to interact with wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Self-motivated, self-directed, organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, inquisitive, motivating, energetic, and results-driven.
Willingness to learn and explore new strategies
