Digital Marketing Specialist
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

ShoreTrips created in 2001, in Milwaukee, by former travel agents offers more than 2,400 day excursions and activities, all personally tested, in more than 500 destinations around the world. Our mission is to allow travelers to enhance their port of call, whether arriving by boat or plane. ShoreTrips excursions are, by design, smaller, creative and connect the traveler with the location. Continual growth within the cruise market has created a need to hire an additional full-time, energetic and passionate about travel employee in our Marketing Department. In this Role: You will report directly to the Director of Marketing and assist in helping to implement the annual Marketing plan.


  • Assist with developing and implementing a customer journey process. 
  • Analyze marketing data to continuously optimize and improve digital campaign performance.
  • Help implement A/B testing across various channels. 
  • Manage, create and launch email marketing campaigns across both customer groups.
  • Responsible for social media for the brand including strategy, engagement, and growth.
  • Oversee the ShoreTrips Blog and outside writers. 
  • Collaborate with colleagues in an open work environment to problem solve together.
  • Continually think outside of the box for innovation, problem-solving and creative solutions.

Skills/Desired Experience:

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience on the Business to Consumer side. 
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to identify new marketing initiatives and analyze marketing data. 
  • Particular attention to detail.
  • Must be highly organized and demonstrate independence and initiative in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong computer skills including experience working with Google Analytics, social media platforms, Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications. 
  • Ability to prioritize workload based on urgency. 
  • An eye for high-quality design and photography a plus
