Our Community Relations and Development team is responsible for marketing, communication, public relations, advocacy, and fundraising for the organization. We hit enrollment targets, reach audiences with relevant information, position St. David’s Center as a thought leader in child development and early intervention, advocate for changes in public policy to benefit children and families and raise $2.3 million annually.
Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing strong and innovative strategies to promote St. David’s Center’s brand, products, and services, using PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. More specifically, the Digital Marketing Specialist will:
- Strategize by considering trends, evaluating audience engagement patterns, monitoring online traffic, and setting goals based on the strengths and weaknesses of St. David’s Center’s online platforms.
- Formulate a plan to best reach target audiences and create and maintain a calendar that details how and when to launch campaigns.
- Design, edit, and launch digital marketing campaigns (varied by channel), writing content, formatting it for each platform, and incorporating visual assets.
- Evaluate each campaign’s success through key performance indicators linked to specific objectives.
- Communicate results to leadership and other stakeholders, using platforms that gather and visualize data.
- Use data to adapt campaign content, target audiences, channels, etc. to quickly improve results.

The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a team player who has experience with digital marketing as well as current user experience best practices and seeks to leverage websites, email, and social media to engage, grow, and educate audiences. St. David’s Center is looking for someone who understands the technical and design aspects of various digital marketing mediums and the different approaches necessary to help ensure that the organization’s digital messaging achieves its intended purpose. This person must be a fast learner who is passionate about our mission, has excellent attention to detail, and is skilled at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
- BA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience:
- At least two years of experience in digital marketing strategy and implementation required.
Compensation (Pay/Benefits):
The pay range for this position starts at $58,934 - $65,483 annually, depending on qualifications. This position is benefits eligible, including health and dental insurance, health savings account with an employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, and retirement account with matching contribution.
